Standards deemed to be approved
149The “NERC Standards”, standards of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation, that are listed in Appendix B of the document entitled “Market Procedure MP-08, Reliability Compliance Program New Brunswick (NBSO RCP-NB)”, published by the New Brunswick System Operator referred to in paragraph (h) of the definition “amalgamating corporations” in section 1, as that document read in the version in force immediately before the commencement of this section, shall be deemed on the commencement of this section to be approved by the Board and to be approved reliability standards.
